Braised chicken with chestnut
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: after slaughtering, wash and cut half of the rooster into pieces.
Step 2: add salt, white pepper, chicken essence, ginger and cooking wine for 15 minutes.
Step 3: wash chestnut and set aside.
Step 4: add oil to the frying pan, heat and add garlic, stir fry the flavor.
Step 5: heat chestnut and stir fry for 15 minutes.
Step 6: add chicken in oil pan and stir fry.
Step 7: add Pixian Douban and stir fry, then add soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
Step 8: add a small amount of bone soup, boil and add five spice powder.
Step 9: turn down the fire for 1 hour.
Step 10: open the fire, add the chestnuts and cook for another 30 minutes.
