Production steps:
Step 1: knead the dough: put all the ingredients into the bread maker, and a dough mixing procedure (20 minutes);
Step 2: first, the dough is rolled round, put the bread machine (now the temperature is high, there is no need to power on) to ferment to twice the size, and dip your fingers in the flour to insert it without collapse or retraction, which means that the fermentation is just right; exhaust: put the dough on the kneading pad, and knead out the air in the dough (you can use the rolling pin to press the exhaust, or you can directly start the kneading procedure and knead a few times);
Step 3: Divide: divide according to the need of shaping, and respectively round; relax: round good dough, relax for 10 minutes; shaping: shaping according to my preference (I have made several shapes, making my own bread is fun, you can pinch whatever you like);
Step 4: the second engine: in the oven, without electricity, add a bowl of hot water, send to twice the size;
