Introduction:

Step 3: make bread first: put eggs, yogurt, sugar and salt in the bread machine barrel

Step 7: during the dough making process, you can make a vegetable salad. Cut the corn and cook it. Cut the cucumber, ham and egg white into small cubes. Cut the other hams into slices
Step 8: put all kinds of dices in a bowl and squeeze the right amount of salad dressing
Step 9: just stir well (now it's OK to eat it directly)
Step 10: take out the fermented dough and let it air out, then divide it into 8 small portions and let it round for 10 minutes
Step 11: roll the dough all over the baking tray
Step 12: after the second fermentation, put a piece of ham in the middle
Step 13: spread a layer of ketchup around, add mixed vegetable salad, and finally squeeze salad dressing or ketchup on top to decorate
Step 14: put into the middle layer of 180 degree oven and bake for about 18 minutes

Yogurt: 120g
Ketchup: right amount

Salad dressing: right amount
Note: the dough should be kneaded to the expansion stage until the bread is soft enough; if it is put in the refrigerator for cold fermentation, it should be taken out to warm up before exhausting;
