Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: put the Chinese materials in the toaster, mix them evenly, and ferment twice as much (120g high flour, 4G yeast, 2G salt, 50g water, 50g honey)

Step 5: mix well

Step 6: fermentation 2.5 times

Step 7: take out the dough, divide into 3 equal parts and let it stand for 30 minutes

Step 8: spread out the dough into slices

Step 9: fold in half

Step 10: roll it into a rectangle with a flour stick

Step 11: roll up

Step 12: put in the toast mold and ferment in a warm and wet place

Step 13: ferment to 7 min

Step 14: put the oven at 180 degrees, bake for about 35 minutes, cover the tin foil for about 15 minutes to prevent excessive coloring, and let it out of the oven to cool
