Fried tofu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials, stir minced meat with salt, soy sauce, seasoning and starch
Step 2: cut the tofu into pieces, and use a knife to dig out the tofu into a small box
Step 3: fill the hollowed tofu with minced meat and pat the seal with starch
Step 4: heat the pan, add the oil, and fry the tofu with the seal down until the surface is golden
Step 5: turn over and fry until golden
Step 6: stir fry a spoonful of tomato sauce and oyster sauce over low heat. Add onion and diced carrot. Add water, salt, black pepper and green pepper to boil. Add tofu, boil over high heat, simmer over low heat until tofu tastes good, about three minutes.
Step 7: let the tofu come out. Thicken the remaining soup and add some sesame oil to make it fragrant. Pour it on tofu.
