Step 2: pour out the yellow rice wine (if there is yellow rice wine, it will dilute the flavor of fried powder) and then add the right amount of fried powder. This time, I bought 6 pieces of pork chops, so I put half a packet of seasoning. The amount of seasoning can be adjusted according to my own taste. Put it in the refrigerator and marinate it for 2-3 hours. Because it's for dinner, I marinate it for an afternoon.
Step 3: take a certain amount of bread flour on the surface of the marinated spareribs, put them into the oven, heat them up and down, and bake them at 200 ℃ for 10 minutes. Then take it out, brush the diluted honey water on the surface, and then bake it at 210 ℃ for 10 minutes.

Note: 1. The main purpose of putting bread flour is to form a protective film on the surface of pork ribs, so as to prevent the water loss of pork ribs during baking, resulting in too dry and hard taste. With the package of bread flour, the grilled steak will be fresh and juicy. 2. The purpose of taking out the big row and brushing honey water is to increase water content for the surface of the big row that has lost water. I think the seasoning is salty, so add honey water and part of the salty taste. If the salty taste is right, you can brush water directly.
