Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the raw materials, sugar into the flour;
Step 2: put yeast into pumpkin puree and stir well;
Step 3: put the yeast pumpkin puree into the flour, add proper amount of soybean milk, and stir it into a thicker batter (as shown in Figure 3)
Step 4: oil the eight inch heart-shaped cake mold, pour in the batter, smooth the surface, cover it with fresh-keeping film for fermentation (ferment it in a steamer when it's cold);
Step 5: wash all kinds of preserved fruits in advance, soak them in water for a while, and take out to control the moisture;
Step 6: take out the pumpkin batter after fermentation, and put the preserved fruit on the fermented batter;
Step 7: put cold water into the pot, high heat, turn the water to medium heat for 35 minutes, turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes, then take it out!

Flour: 300g
Pumpkin puree: 150g
All kinds of preserved fruits: appropriate amount
Soybean milk: right amount
Yeast: 3 G
Sugar: 30g
Note: if you only use water and flour, 300 grams of flour with 180 grams to 200 grams of water is the most appropriate, this is a fermentation method; you can also take the second fermentation method, the ratio of flour and water is 1:1, so that the steamed cake taste wet, lower than the first fermentation method, the probability of success, it is recommended that you take the first method if you do hair cake.
