Production steps:
Step 1: shred the green onion and garlic, press the garlic into minced garlic, cut the millet pepper into rings; prepare the white sesame;
Step 2: remove the old stems and leaves of Andrographis paniculata and wash them with light salt water;

Note: cooking experience: 1. Blanching time of Andrographis paniculata should be controlled within one minute, immediately take out the cold water to cool down quickly to prevent the color from turning yellow; 2. When blanching, add a small amount of edible oil or salt into the pot to make the color of the blanched Andrographis paniculata still green and taste crisp and tender; 3. After blanching, cool the Andrographis paniculata and gently squeeze the water by hand to remove some bitterness.
