Kumquat Compote
Introduction:
"When I passed by the market, I realized that the harvest season had come. Now it was the time for the harvest of orange fruits to come on the market. Seeing the lovely little fresh golden orange, I couldn't help buying some to taste. The most direct way to eat kumquat is to wash it clean and chew it raw slowly. When you chew it raw, you will suddenly feel sour with sweet, sweet with sour, just like the taste of missing, which makes you have a long aftertaste. In addition, it can also be made into candied kumquat. It can be made into tea as a drink and snack. Eat more than one fruit. 80% of vitamin C in Kumquat is stored in the peel. The peel is effective in detoxifying the liver, maintaining the eyes and protecting the immune system. Moreover, the peel is sweeter than the flesh. Kumquat has the functions of regulating qi, relieving depression, resolving phlegm, relieving thirst, eating and sobering up. It can enhance the cold resistance of the body, prevent and treat colds and reduce blood lipids. It is suitable for those who have depressed chest, do not want to eat, or are full of food, drunk and thirsty; it is suitable for those with acute or chronic tracheitis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, hypertension and straight tube sclerosis. Candied kumquat is crystal clear, mellow and exquisite, with fragrance on lips and teeth, moistening lungs and relieving cough. In fact, it's quite simple. You might as well have a try when you have time. "
