Production steps:
Step 1: my oven is 35 liters. I feel that the whole duck is afraid of being burnt, so I baked half of it. After cleaning, use kitchen paper to clean the water inside and outside
Step 2: add oyster sauce, soy sauce (or soy sauce), five spice powder, pepper, salt and sugar
Step 3: prick your eyes in the thick place with a steel needle to make it easy to taste, then rub it repeatedly with your hands to make the seasoning permeate evenly, and then cover it with plastic film to refrigerate and marinate for half a day
Step 4: dry the cured duck slightly
Step 5: mix honey and white vinegar evenly. Add vinegar to make the skin brittle. If you don't like crispy skin, you can change white vinegar into water.
Step 6: Brush honey vinegar on the surface
Step 7: preheat the oven 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes

Step 9: raise the oven temperature to 200 degrees, place the lower layer, and continue to bake for 40 minutes
