Step 1: first, cut the eel into pieces (or not) and put them on the barbecue tool. Then, rinse with PU Shao juice between 6 and mature.
Step 2: stir the cooked rice with a little eel juice, ginger juice and brown sugar
Step 3: prepare a sealed box with a lid, put a baked eel at the bottom, put the freshly stirred rice in the middle, put an eel at the top, pour the eel sauce on it, cover the box, put it in your usual steaming tool and steam it together.
