Introduction:

Laogua means crow. Sani means head. It's like the head of a crow when it's cooked. Gua pronounced WA, Yinping, SA not included in the Chinese character library pronounced Yangping, the shape of which is yuetianjiu (see photo) in Shaanxi dialect pronunciation: l à ow à s á mouth soup is delicious, with pimples, special tendons and chewing head! For those who like spicy food, it's even better to add spicy oil. Now there are hotels specializing in "laoguasa". There are all kinds of flavors, such as seafood, chicken soup and three delicacies, especially "laoguasa of soft shelled turtle". The soup is cooked with soft shelled turtle, which tastes very fresh. Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tomato into pieces, cut the green vegetables into large sections, and cut the green onion into small pieces.
Step 2: knock the eggs into the bowl and break them up.
