Production steps:
Step 1: wash the leaves of rice dumplings, cook them well and soak them soft.
Step 2: wash the glutinous rice, red bean, mung bean, cowpea pea pea, soak for one night, remove the water, mix well.
Step 3: put in black rice, mix well, take a whole rice dumpling leaf and fold well.
Step 4: put in two spoonfuls of rice, two red dates and rock sugar.
Step 5: put another layer of rice.
Step 6: keep the two ends of the rice dumpling leaves overlapped and fold them back to cover the glutinous rice. And it must be compacted. This is the key step to adjust the shape of zongzi to ensure no rice leakage.
The seventh step: finally adjust the ends of the leaves, cut off the excess parts, and bind them with cotton.
Step 8: hot water pot, the amount of water must not be more than zongzi! After boiling, keep medium high heat for 1 hour, then turn low heat to simmer for 1 hour.

Moreover, rice grains are not easy to stick to the leaves of rice dumplings!
