Production steps:
Step 1: weigh the low powder (Fig. 1).

Step 3: after the butter softens, there is no need to send it. Stir it. Add sugar powder in several times and stir it evenly. Then add egg liquid in several times and stir it evenly. Add sifted flour and knead it into dough. Pay attention not to use too much force to avoid gluten. In the end, it was a little flat, and I woke up for half an hour. (Figure 3)
Step 4: put the loose dough on the chopping board and shape it into a rectangular dough with a thickness of about 0.5cm. You can sprinkle some flour on the chopping board to prevent it from sticking (in fact, it's not very sticky if you don't sprinkle it). (Figure 4)
