Alum free healthy fried dough sticks
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: first put salt and baking soda into the dry flour, mix well, then add yeast, add water, and stir to form flour spike.
Step 2: knead into smooth dough. Add corn oil and knead to form a soft dough.
Step 3: mix noodles before going to bed at night, and ferment to 2-3 times the size the next morning.
Step 4: exhaust and knead the dough evenly, divide it into several small pieces, roll it into 1cm thin slices, cover it with fresh-keeping film, and let it grow for about 20 minutes.
Step 5: take one of them and slice evenly.

Water: 300ml
Frying oil: proper amount
Note: 1, need to ferment faster, put more yeast 5g or so can be. 2. Room temperature is about 20 degrees, 500g flour put 2G yeast, evening and noodles, the next morning just can use. 3. Water consumption is only for reference, and can be mixed into a soft dough.
