Production steps:
Step 1: mash beans into paste, chop lean meat into mud, and grind sweet potato flour.
Step 2: mix the bean paste, meat paste and sweet potato powder together, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper and chicken essence, and stir well.
Step 3: spread sand cloth on the steaming pad of steamer, extrude the shape of meatball with left hand, and scrape onto the steaming pad with right hand.
Step 4: turn the water to steam for 15-20 minutes.
