Every mid autumn festival needs moon cakes to be decent - making ice skin moon cakes for the first time
Introduction:
"From childhood to adulthood, there will definitely be moon cakes at home every year during the Mid Autumn Festival. Of course, this year is no exception! In the past, moon cakes (Cantonese style moon cakes) were bought from outside or given to us as mid autumn festival gifts. But this year, I will make healthy and delicious ice skin moon cakes by myself;! In addition: the filling and the powder on the surface of the ice skin can be changed at will. You can put whatever filling / powder you like^_ ^”
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials first.
Step 2: pour the sugar and oil into the milk, mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3: stir and stir... When you find that the milk is brighter, it means that the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 4: sift all powders into the milk mixture.
Step 5: mix the milk mixture until the powder is invisible.
Step 6: let the batter rest for 35 minutes.
Step 7: steam over high heat for about 20 minutes. After steaming, stir the rind a little.
Step 8: divide the rind into small portions. Rub round and press flat to wrap the stuffing.
Step 9: have a bean paste with milk yellow stuffing (first round the bean paste and then wrap it with milk yellow stuffing).
Step 10: I also wrapped a chocolate ball that my mother likes to eat, ha ha. In the end, we couldn't tell which bag had the Chocolate Ball, because there was only one bag.
Step 11: evenly coat the ice skin moon cake with coconut powder.
Step 12: put it into the mold, I use jelly mold, because I can't buy moon cake mold ~ if you have moon cake mold, it's best^_^
Step 13: finally put it into the refrigerator to freeze the layer of ice until it hardens. It tastes good^______ ^O < br > < br > finally, I wish you a Happy Mid Autumn Festival! ^_^

Note: the ice skin is actually quite sticky. I don't have disposable gloves, so I use two small plastic bags instead of gloves to make moon cake stuffing. And my family and I think 20 grams of sugar is sweet enough. I don't like things that are too sweet. You can add more sugar if you like.
