Production steps:
Step 1: beat eggs, sunflower oil and honey with a simple beater for a while.
Step 2: sift the flour (I use Jiuyang soybean milk machine with the screen), mix it with yeast powder into material 1, and stir it.
Step 3: add water and stir. I'm not sure about my first attempt. I'll see if I don't have dry flour. I'll just knead it and feel it's not hard. It's ok if you don't have noodles on your hands.
Step 4: fermentation. One is low temperature, refrigerated hair, so the internal organization will be more detailed. One is normal temperature hair. Anything, twice the size. Rub, exhaust. Then it is made into green body for secondary fermentation. I put a bowl of warm water in the oven and shut the door. About an hour or so.
Step 5: my family is Galanz 15L, baking with upper and lower middle plate, brushing egg liquid before baking. A little more than 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn the direction of the baking tray in the middle. Don't take away the bowl of water below when baking. Keep it moist.
