Fried beef with pineapple
Introduction:
"This dish is my favorite when I was a child. Every time I cook it at home, I eat a lot more. It's very delicious."
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the beef into slices, add salt, soy sauce, pepper and cornmeal, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2: wash the pineapple and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3: heat up the oil, add some shredded ginger, and stir fry the beef in the pot. If it's too dry, add some water. When the beef is almost cooked, pour the pineapple into the pot and stir fry for a few times.

Note: 1) beef should be cut against the grain, fried to be tough. 2) Pineapple must not be put into the pot too early to fry, too long heating time will be sour, just turn a few times on the line.
