Danga Jiaxie is a kind of folk song and dance popular in danga Township, Saga County, Tibet Autonomous Region. It takes traditional folk songs as its main content. The music tune is rich and simple, with unique style, strong flavor of life and strong self entertainment. Jiaxie in danga township is famous in houzang. Jiaxie is passed down from generation to generation here, and can be performed by men, women, old and young.

There are three origins of danga Jiaxie: one is to celebrate the victory of war, the other is to celebrate the victory of song and dance competition, and the other is to celebrate Princess Wencheng's entering Tibet.

Danga Jiaxie activities are generally held in the Tibetan New Year and major festivals every year.
