The legend of langkeshan
Applicant: Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province
The legend of langkeshan is an old folk legend, which has spread in many places of our country. The earliest record can be found in Zhi Lin written by Yu Xi of Jin Dynasty: "there is a stone room in Xin'an mountain. When Wang Zhi comes into his room, he sees two boys playing chess. When he looks at it, he sees that the game is not over. It is no longer right for him to go back to his hometown as soon as he sees that his cutting salary is rotten." "Shishi mountain in Xin'an County" was written by Liang renfang in Shuyi Ji. In the Jin Dynasty, when the king was cutting wood, he saw several boys playing chess and singing, and the reason was to listen to them. Boy and a thing and quality, such as jujube seed. The boy said, "why don't you go?" Qualitative vision, Ke langjin. When I go back, there is no one to return to. " Xin'an, which is now Quzhou, was renamed in the first year of Taikang in the Western Jin Dynasty.
Another earlier record can be found in the story of "only ten have three sacrifices, and the king visits Jizi" in Hongfan, Shangshu. Although the plot and words of Ranke do not appear, the theme is similar to the story of Ranke, which may be the origin of the Qizishan version of the legend of Ranke. It is said that Jizi (originally named Xu Yu) was the uncle of King Zhou of Yin. He opposed the licentiousness and tyranny of King Zhou of Yin. After several remonstrations, he was imprisoned by King Zhou and demoted to slavery. Later, King Wu of Zhou destroyed King Zhou, and Jizi fled to Lingchuan of Shanxi Province to live in seclusion. Jizi is on Qizi mountain in Lingchuan. He uses the natural black and white stones there to make hexagrams to observe the astronomical phenomena, stars and calendar. However, he unconsciously creates go and often confronts people, which makes go more and more mature. There are also records about Jizi mountain and Jizi living in seclusion in Lingchuan County annals.
The legend of langkeshan, which has been handed down from generation to generation by the broad masses of people, has not only gradually formed a series of Legends of langkeshan with a wide variety and a large number, but also become an ideological and cultural symbol of "one day in the mountains, thousands of years in the world". The most prominent cultural feature of the legend of langkeshan is to explain the philosophy of harmony between man and nature in traditional Chinese culture. The legend of Lankeshan is rooted in the folk.
