Shuttlecock is also called "kicking shuttlecock" or "kicking shuttlecock". Qingzhou shuttlecock is mainly distributed in Qingzhou City, and now it is extended to Weifang City. Usually, shuttlecock kicking is used to keep fit. In competition, shuttlecock kicking pattern, difficulty, time and movement beauty are used as assessment criteria.

Qingzhou shuttlecock has a long history. During the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period, Cuju (football) and other recreational activities were popular in Qingzhou. It has been more than 2000 years since Cuju evolved into cumaowan and then shuttlecock kicking. Qingzhou shuttlecock has rich accumulation in both production skills and kicking skills.

Qingzhou shuttlecock is rich in variety, no matter it is entertainment shuttlecock, fitness shuttlecock, watching shuttlecock or competition shuttlecock, all ingredients are scientific and exquisite; kicking shuttlecock pays attention to beautiful body shape, mind following, eye to foot, flexible response, people following shuttlecock dance, shuttlecock following people; low kicking shuttlecock is like butterfly flying, high kicking shuttlecock is like flying swallow. Tiangang 36 is named after the close combination of shuttlecock kicking skill image with Qingzhou customs and scenery, which is full of distinctive local characteristics of Qingzhou; Disha 72 is the name of various shuttlecock kicking skills accumulated in the past dynasties. Qingzhou shuttlecock is well integrated with the humanities of heaven and earth, rich in traditional cultural connotation.
