About the author
Yang Weikun, born in September 1974 in Wangdu, Hebei Province, is a party member of agricultural workers, a doctor of management, a postdoctoral fellow of finance, and an associate researcher. He is now the deputy director of the Financial Research Institute of Hebei University of Finance and the deputy director of the Key Laboratory of science and technology finance of Hebei Province. Main social part-time jobs: member of the 11th CPPCC Baoding Municipal Committee, member of the 11th Youth Federation of Baoding City, executive director of Hebei Soft Science Research Association, executive director of Hebei agricultural economic society, executive director of Financial Law Research Association of Hebei law society, executive director of Baoding finance society. He was rated as the financial research talent expert of Hebei Province and the first outstanding young expert of Social Science in Baoding city. The main research areas are rural finance, local finance and "three rural" issues. He has published two monographs, edited two works, participated in compiling three teaching materials, published more than 60 papers, presided over and participated in more than 20 national, provincial and municipal level projects, and won 5 provincial and ministerial level awards and 10 other awards for his research achievements.
