Tanghai town
Tanghai town is an agricultural reclamation system town established on the basis of state-owned bogezhuang farm in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, with a total area of 59.28 square kilometers, a permanent population of 54594 (in 2017), and 42600 employees, including 33400 employees. Located in the northeast of Hebei Province and the south end of Tangshan City, it is located in the intersection zone of Bohai rim and Beijing Tianjin rim, 39 ° 07 ′ 43 ″ north latitude to 39 ° 27 ′ 23 ″, 118 ° 12 ′ 12 ″ east longitude to 118 ° 43 ′ 16 ″. Facing Bohai Sea in the south, Tangshan in the north, Tianjin and Beijing in the west, and Jingtang Port in the East, it is the direct hinterland of Caofeidian deep-water port with 200000 tons under development and construction. It is 220 km from Beijing, 120 km from Tianjin, 55 km from Tangshan, 30 km from Jingtang Port, 150 km from Qinhuangdao and 120 km from Tianjin port.
Historical evolution
In Tang Dynasty, it was Guzhu in Shang Dynasty, wuzhonghe Shanrong in spring and autumn, Yandi in Warring States, youbeiping and Liaoxi in Qin Dynasty, Changcheng and sunset in youbeiping in Western Han Dynasty, and Haiyang in Eastern Han Dynasty. Haiyang in Northern Qi province is rich. The Three Kingdoms, Wei and Jin were the basic reasons. In 586, kaihuang of Sui Dynasty joined Xinchang. In 598, Xinchang was renamed Lulong. Tang Zhenguan set stone city, Kaiyuan 28 years (740 years) set Macheng, jurisdiction over most of the county. Liao tianzan analyzed the south of Lulong mountain, set up luanzhou, led Yifeng, Macheng and Shicheng. In the west of Jin Dynasty, it belonged to Fengrun County, Jizhou, Dadu Road, Zhongshu Province, and in the East, it belonged to Yifeng and Macheng counties, luanzhou, Yongping Road. In 1267, Macheng entered Yifeng. The Ming Dynasty belonged to Fengrun County of shuntianfu and Yifeng County of luanzhou of Yongping Prefecture. Hongwu two years (1369) cut Yifeng into luanzhou. In the early Qing Dynasty, the original capital was changed into Zhili Province, and the prefectures and counties remained unchanged. In 1666, Zunhua became Zhili Prefecture, which belonged to Fengrun. At this point, the western part of the county is Fengrun County, Zunhua Prefecture, Zhili Province, and the eastern part is luanzhou Prefecture, Yongping Prefecture. In 1911, the revolution of 1911 overthrew the Qing Dynasty, ending the feudal monarchy that ruled China for more than 2000 years. The following year, the provisional government of the Republic of China was established. In 1913, the prefectures were abolished, and they were all called counties. Today, they belong to Fengrun county and Luan county in Zhili. In 1928, Zhili Province was renamed Hebei Province, so it belonged to Fengrun county and Luan county of Hebei Province.
In 1935, the Japanese aggressors took advantage of the traitors to set up the puppet "Jidong anti Communist autonomous government" in Tongxian County, in which Feng and Luan were included. After the fall of Hebei Province in 1937, the Japanese puppet regime was established. The county belongs to Jidong Daoyin office. However, the Communist Party of China led the people to actively carry out guerrilla war and establish Anti Japanese base areas and people's political power. The county is a part of the eastern Hebei revolutionary base in the border area of Shanxi, Chahar and Hebei. It once belonged to fengluan County, luanlu County, fengluan county and luanlu county. At the beginning of 1945, fengluan and Luan Lu formed the tangluan special zone. In May of the same year, fengluan office was rebuilt because of the destruction of the enemy. In May 1946, Jidong administrative office adjusted the division, abolished fengluan office and established Fengnan County Office. And Luanxian territory into LUANNAN, luanbei, Luanxi three offices. In July of the same year, Fengnan and LUANNAN became counties. At this point, the western part of the county belongs to Fengnan County, and the eastern part belongs to LUANNAN COUNTY. In 1954, LUANNAN merged with Luanxian County, and Fengnan merged with Fengrun county. In addition, a few villages in the Northeast were once under the jurisdiction of leting county. During the Anti Japanese War, the North China garrison of Japanese aggressors began to set up "Luanxian farm of North China reclamation Co., Ltd." in order to supply food and fodder in 1941. After the surrender of the Japanese invaders in 1945, the 17th special office of jireliao District, the Anti Japanese democratic government led by the Communist Party of China, took over Luanxian farm of North China reclamation Co., Ltd., and renamed it liberation farm of jireliao District, and renamed it liberation farm of Jidong district at the end of the same year. In May 1946, the 17th special office of Jidong district was changed into the 13th special office. Jiefang farm of the 17th special office was called Jiefang farm of the 13th special office. It was once occupied by the army at the end of the same year. In 1948, the place was liberated again, and the original 13th special liberation farm was taken over by the people's Government of LUANNAN COUNTY, which was renamed LUANNAN liberation farm. In July 1949, Jiefang farm of LUANNAN COUNTY was returned to the Ministry of agriculture of North China Bureau and renamed as bogezhuang farm of Jingu District Agricultural Reclamation administration of North China Bureau. In November of the same year, the Ministry of agriculture of the people's Republic of China took over the farm of bogezhuang district and changed its name to bogezhuang District farm of agricultural reclamation Administration Bureau of Bohai district. In July 1951, bogezhuang District farm was renamed as bogezhuang cooperative farm. In January 1953, bogezhuang cooperative farm was transferred to Hebei Province for management, also known as bogezhuang cooperative farm in Hebei Province. In February 1954, bogezhuang cooperative farm was renamed as bogezhuang machinery farm.
At the end of 1955, with the approval of the State Planning Committee and the Construction Committee, the people's Committee of Hebei Province decided to establish a large-scale state-owned farm in the southern area of Luanxian County, which was named "state-owned Baigezhuang farm of Hebei Province" by borrowing the name of Baigezhuang, a large coastal village and Town, and was subordinate to the Department of agriculture of Hebei Province. The construction started in January 1956. The nature of the farm is a state-owned land reclamation enterprise with some local administrative functions. The farm set up a general field department with four branches at the beginning. In 1958, the construction task was basically completed. On October 21, 1959, with the approval of the people's Committee of Hebei Province, bogezhuang farm was changed into bogezhuang District of Tangshan City, and a district government was established under the people's Committee of Tangshan city. In June 1961, the organizational system of bogezhuang District in Tangshan city was abolished, and the state-owned bogezhuang farm was restored, accepting the dual leadership of Tangshan special office and Fengnan county. In May 1963, the Party committee of bogezhuang farm was led by Tangshan Local Committee, and the administrative business was led by Hebei Bureau of agricultural reclamation.
On June 18, 1968, with the approval of the Revolutionary Committee of Hebei Province, the state-owned bogezhuang farm in Hebei Province was changed into the bogezhuang reclamation area in Hebei Province, exercising the power at the county level. On December 26, 1982, the Hebei Provincial Bureau of agricultural reclamation approved the establishment of "Hebei Kenfeng agricultural industrial and commercial joint company" in bogezhuang agricultural reclamation area, and implemented a set of people and horses with two brands in bogezhuang agricultural reclamation area. On September 22, 1982, the State Council issued document No. 211, officially approving the reconstruction of Baigezhuang reclamation area into Tanghai County. On October 7 of the same year, the people's Government of Hebei Province issued Jizheng No. 208 document, transmitting the notice of the State Council on the establishment of Tanghai County. On October 17, 1983, the Organization Department of the CPC Tangshan Municipal Committee issued the "notice on the establishment of the preparatory group for Tanghai County" in the document No. 58 of the municipal group, and sent a working group to prepare for the establishment of Tanghai County. The first people's Congress of Tanghai County was held on November 29, 1983. On December 1, the county head and deputy county head were elected, and the Tanghai County People's government was formally established. It belongs to Tangshan city. On January 1, 1985, the "Kenfeng agriculture industry and Commerce United Company of Hebei Province" was abolished, and the county managed farm system was implemented in Tanghai County, and the name of "state-owned bogezhuang farm" was still retained. On July 11, 2012, the State Council approved the abolition of Tanghai County and the establishment of Caofeidian District in Tangshan city. Binhai town in Fengnan District of Tangshan City and Liuzan town in LUANNAN COUNTY are under the jurisdiction of Caofeidian District of Tangshan city. The District People's government is located at 23 Kenfeng street, Tanghai town. Caofeidian District of Tangshan city is a sub prefecture level district. Its administrative divisions include the whole territory of Tanghai County, Caofeidian Industrial Zone, eco city, Liuzan town (originally belonging to LUANNAN COUNTY, which will be entrusted by Caofeidian New District and managed by Tanghai County from January 1, 2010), Binhai town (originally belonging to Fengnan District and managed by Nanpu Economic Development Zone)

Tanghai County is located in the northeast of Hebei Province and the southeast of Tangshan city. It is adjacent to LUANNAN COUNTY in the north, Fengnan District in the West and leting County in the East. The people's Government of Caofeidian district is located in Tanghai Town, in the north central part of the county, 55 kilometers away from Tangshan City and 367 kilometers away from Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei Province. It is 120 kilometers away from Tianjin and 150 kilometers away from Qinhuangdao. The geographical coordinates of the county are 39 ° 07'43 "to 39 ° 27'23" north latitude and 118 ° 12'21 "to 118 ° 43'16" east longitude. It is 45 km wide from east to west, 37 km wide from north to south, 136 km long around the town boundary, with a total land area of 725 square kilometers. In the east of the town, there is Xiaoqinghe River, which is the boundary of Tang (SEA) and Yue (Pavilion); in the west, there is Shahe River, which passes by the northwest corner of the county. In the middle, there are three rivers, namely, the Suhe River, the Qinglong River and the Shuanglong river. Tanghai town has two main roads to Jingshan railway. First, from the northwest of the county to Tangshan through Fengnan District. Second, from the county station to the northeast, through LUANNAN COUNTY to Luanxian railway station. Another two southwest oil routes arrive at Nanpu fishing port wharf in LUANNAN COUNTY and jiantuozi railway station in Fengnan county.

Tanghai town is adjacent to the Bohai Sea in the south, with a coastline of 9.1 km. Caofeidian, an island 30 kilometers south of Tanghai Town, has broad development potential. Its interior is flat and vast. From north to south, it is composed of alluvial plain, coastal plain and intertidal beach. Luanhe River system rivers, a total of 9 main channels through the county, into the Bohai Sea.
