Yinchengpu Town, belonging to Fengrun District of Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Fengrun District, bordering liujiaying township of luanzhou city in the East, Changzhuang town and rengezhuang town in the south, Fengrun town in the west, quanhetou Town, jiangjiaying Township and three streets of Yanshan Road, Taiping Road and Wuyang in the north, with an administrative area of 51 square kilometers.
At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to Fengrun County; in 1984, the people's commune was abolished and Yinchengpu township was established; in May 2002, it belonged to Fengrun District of Tangshan city. In 2012, Yinchengpu township was abolished and Yinchengpu town was established. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Yingcheng town was 35172. As of June 2020, Yinchengpu town has jurisdiction over 1 community, 16 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Guanghua community.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Yinchengpu town was 410 million yuan, an increase of 67% over the previous year. The national tax was 340 million yuan and the local tax was 72 million yuan. In 2018, there were 187 industrial enterprises in Yinchengpu Town, including 31 Enterprises above Designated Size and 54 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it was a district of Fengrun county.
In 1953, it belonged to lizhuangzi Township, guozhiying Township, dabaili Township, qiandashu Township and dongmazhuang township.
In September 1958, it was put under the jurisdiction of Chengguan people's commune, and some villages were under the jurisdiction of lizhuangzi administrative area.
In 1961, it was renamed Li Zhuangzi people's commune.
In February 1979, it was assigned to the suburb of Tangshan city.
In 1980, it belongs to Tangshan New Area.
On March 4, 1982, it was renamed Yinchengpu people's commune.
In 1984, the people's commune was abolished and Yinchengpu township was established.
In September 1996, guzhuangzi township was merged. The guzhuangzi residents committee of guzhuangzi township was transferred to Yanshan Road Street, Yinchengpu village was transferred to Taiping Road Street, and then transferred back to Yinchengpu township.
In May 2002, it was transferred to Fengrun District of Tangshan city.
In 2012, Yinchengpu township was abolished and Yinchengpu town was established.

At the end of 2011, Yinchengpu town had one community and 15 administrative villages: Yinchengpu, lizhuangzi, beichenzhuangzi, nanchengzhuangzi, gujiayuan, nanzhuzhuangzi, guozhiying, Guoxin, yinguantun, Banqiao, qianjiazhuang, dabalizhuang, Dianzi, Sanlitun, liuzhuangzi and dongmazhuang.
By June 2020, Yinchengpu town has jurisdiction over one community and 16 administrative villages: Jinyu Mingdi community, liuzhuangzi village, dianzi village, Sanlitun village, lizhuangzi village, beichenzhuangzi village, gujiayuan village, yingguantun village, Guoxin village, Banqiao Village, qianjiazhuang village, dabali village, dongmazhuang village, guozhiying village, Nanchen Zhuangzi Village, Nanzhu Zhuangzi Village, Yinchengpu village, and the people's Government of Yinchengpu town is stationed in Guangyuan Hua community.

The terrain of Yinchengpu town is mostly alluvial fan plain. The terrain is slightly higher in the north, lower in the south, higher in the East and lower in the West. The highest point is located in the north of Beichen village, with an altitude of 48.2 meters. The lowest point is located in bianzhudaogou between Nanchen and Beichen, with an altitude of 38.5 meters.

In Yinchengpu Town, there are huanxiang River and Douhe river. Douhe enters qianjiazhuang and leaves Banqiao via guozhiying, with a length of 8.2 km.
natural disaster
The main natural disasters in Yinchengpu town are flood, earthquake and wind. From July 25 to August 15, 1949, it rained continuously for 20 days, the Douhe river overflowed more than 300 mu of crops, and the yield of crops was greatly reduced. The Tangshan earthquake occurred on July 28, 1976, causing great damage to houses. In 1987, it was hit by a storm, and the wind force was above 10. Most of the grain fields failed to harvest.
