Xuzhou Quanshan economic development zone is an economic development zone established by Xuzhou municipal Party committee and government to strengthen the construction of the northwest of the city and accelerate the urbanization strategy. The total planning area is 32 square kilometers, of which the starting area is 8.81 square kilometers.

Overview of the Development Zone

The infrastructure in the north of the city is perfect. Since its establishment in 2002, the development zone has continuously increased investment in infrastructure construction, with an investment of nearly 200 million yuan. It has successively completed the construction of roads, electric power, water supply and drainage, communication and heating, and greening and beautification projects.
