Anda town

Anda town belongs to Anda City, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province. Anda town is located in the middle of Anda City, adjacent to qingkenpao Township in the East, Yangcao town in the south, Wanbaoshan town and Daqing City in the west, and Daqing City in the north. The people's government is located in nanheng Badao street, which is the residence of the Municipal People's government. The administrative area of Anda town is 96 square kilometers. In late 2018, the registered residence population of Anda town was 22068.

In the late Qing Dynasty, it was the land of duerbert banner. In 1901, anda station was set up when Dongqing railway was opened to traffic. In the 25th year of the Republic of China (January 1936), it was assigned to anda county. In 1945, it belonged to the first district of Anda county. In April 1947, it belonged to Chengguan District. In 1972, 12 agricultural production brigades were merged into suburban communes. In May 1981, it was renamed Tianquan commune. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. In March 1985, anda town and Tianquan Township were divided into six streets: Tiexi, Chaoyang, Xing'an, Anhong, Xinxing and Tianquan. In January 1996, two towns of Anda and Tianquan were established. In March 2001, Tianquan town was merged into anda town. In October 2019, anda town governs seven administrative villages.
