Shuangchahe Town, subordinate to Suiling County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northeast of Suiling County, the upper reaches of keyin River and the extension zone of the West foot of the southern end of Xiaoxing'an Mountains. It is adjacent to Sihaidian farm in the East, Suizhong Township in the south, keyin River Township in the southwest, Dongfeng town of hailun County across the Beihe River in the West and North, with an administrative area of 205.8 square kilometers.

By the end of 2018, 22789 people had registered residence in the town of Shuang Cha River, and it was cut into October 2019. The 8 villages under the town of Shuang Cha River are located in the village of Shuang Xing.

History of construction

In the Qing Dynasty, shuangchahe belonged to Beilin; in the period of the Republic of China, shuangchahe belonged to the police district; in 1935, shuangchahe belonged to Shuangquan police and set up Shuangquan town; in 1945, shuangchahe set up five districts of huanling county.

In 1950, shuangchahe set up shuangchahe township.

In 1958, shuangchahe township was transformed into shuangchahe commune.
