Xinzhaidian Town, belonging to Zhao county, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Zhao county, bordering qiandazhang Township in the East, Zhaozhou town in the south, beiwangli town in Zhao county in the West and Yuejiazhuang village in Luancheng District in the north, with an administrative area of 47.21 square kilometers.

In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), xinzhaidian town belonged to the North District of Zhao county; in 1989, it was withdrawn from the township and set up xinzhaidian town; in 1996, part of Xiaozhuang Township and nansanxiang Township were merged. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in new town was 33179. As of June 2020, xinzhaidian town has jurisdiction over 25 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in xinzhaidian village.

In 1961, Zhao county was restored, belonging to the state.

In 1984, xinzhaidian township was restored.
