Jiadong street is located in the middle section of Jianguo Road, Dongfeng District, Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province. It is the junction of urban and rural areas, with an area of 3.6 square kilometers and 17919 residents (2010).

There are 7 administrative staff and 1 judicial staff in the office.
