Yingli Township, belonging to Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the west of Pingshan County, bordering jiaotanzhuang town in the East, xiaojue town in the south, yangjiaqiao Township in the west, Yu county and Xinzhou Shitai County in Yangquan City, Shanxi Province in the north, with an administrative area of 235.27 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 11346 people registered residence in the village.
In 1949, Yingli Township belonged to Yingli District of Jianping County; in 1983, it was changed to Yingli township. As of June 2020, Yingli township has jurisdiction over 34 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Yingli village.

In 1949, Yingli Township belonged to Yingli District of Jianping County.
In 1953, Yingli township was set up.
