Historical evolution
In March 1964, Raohe farm, a state-owned farm, was established by merging the animal husbandry farm, erhfen farm, Xitong branch and Furao farm of the former 859 farm with three agricultural production teams under collective ownership in the flower arrangement zone of the people's commune. In June 1968, Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps was set up. With the serial number of the 22nd regiment of the third division of the second army of General Wang Zhen's army, it became the 22nd regiment of the third division.
