Anbang Township

Anbang township is under the jurisdiction of low mountains and hills and plain areas. The total area of the township is 66.78 square kilometers, and the cultivated area is 25000 mu. It mainly grows vegetables and rice. It is one of the important vegetable production bases in the city.

The township has jurisdiction over 18 villages, including Shuangxing, Shuanghe, Shuangsheng, Xishan, Gonggong, Yuanxian, Jianshe, Chaoyang, Jixing, Xingdong, Xingsheng, Yaodi, Fuxing, Fuan, Shuangfu, Shuguang, Chang'an and Youhao. Yuanxian is a Korean village. In 1990, the total population of the township was 23000, of which Korean, Manchu and other ethnic minorities accounted for about 4.6%. The township government is located in Shuangsheng village.

Anbang township is under the jurisdiction of Jianshan District, Shuangyashan City. It is located in the northwest of the city, adjacent to the urban area in the South and Jixian County in the north. The township government is located in Jianshan light industry Hutong. Anbang township is named for its location on the Bank of Anbang River. The township government was originally named shenglitun, which was established by 27 farmers who moved to Jixian County in 1948. Shengli township was set up in 1956. In August 1958, it was incorporated into Changsheng people's commune. In 1960, Changsheng commune was abolished and changed into a farm. In January 1962, Anbang commune was established by "separating government from enterprise". In October 1968, Anbang commune was abolished and merged into suburban commune. In May 1970, the suburb commune was abolished and Anbang commune was restored. It was changed to Anbang Township in 1984.

According to the water consumption forecast, the water supply scale in the planning area of the project is 1964 m3 / d. The water in the area is provided by the municipal water supply of Shuangyashan City. The total length of water supply pipeline is 463 meters, including DN200 water supply pipeline of 375 meters and DN 100 water supply pipeline of 88 meters. The water supply pipe material is steel wire mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe (SPE).

According to the planning of the development area of the project, the average daily sewage volume in the project area is 1122m3 / D, and the total variation coefficient is 2.06, so the maximum daily sewage volume of the project is 96.3m3/h. The total length of DN300 sewage pipeline is 424 meters, including 336 meters of sewage pipeline and 88 meters of DN300 sewage crossing pipe. High density polyethylene double wall corrugated pipe (HDPE) is used;

Heating engineering

The heat source of the project is from Shuangyashan thermal power plant, and the pipeline is connected to each development plot from D630 × 9 existing heating pipeline on Shuangfu road. The total heating area is 64764 square meters, and the total heat load forecast value is 36.02 MW. There are 4 heat exchange stations in this project, and the total length of D273 × 7 heating pipe trench is 480m.

power engineering

According to the construction requirements of the development area, the power load of the project area is 27.58mw. The power supply of the project area is from the development substation on the north side of the area. Two 10MW switching stations and one 8mW switching station are set in the project. The total length of the power line is 3534 meters.
