Xuting Township
Xuting Township, belonging to Zanhuang County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Zanhuang County, bordering on the West Longmen Township and Zhangling Township in the East, Tumen Township and huangbeiping Township in the south, Xiyang County and Jingxing County in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province in the west, and Yuanshi County in the north, with an administrative area of 149.99 square kilometers.
In 1949, Xuting Township belonged to the four districts of Zanhuang County; in 1984, Xuting township was restored; in 1996, Duhu Township and Xunsi Township were merged. By the end of 2018, 23995 people had registered residence in Xu Ting. As of June 2020, Xuting township has jurisdiction over 26 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Xuting village.
In 2011, Xuting Township completed 15.8 million yuan of fiscal revenue. Among them, the state tax was 13 million yuan and the local tax was 2.8 million yuan, an increase of 15% over the previous year; the investment invitation was 70 million yuan; and the investment in fixed assets was 480 million yuan. The per capita net income of farmers is 2905 yuan. In 2018, there were 22 industrial enterprises in Xuting Township, including one above scale.
History of construction
In 1949, Xuting Township belonged to four districts of Zanhuang county.
In 1953, Xuting township was established.
In 1958, Xuting commune was established.
In 1960, it was incorporated into Yuanshi County.
On January 1, 1962, Zanhuang county was restored to its original administrative region.
In 1984, Xuting township was restored.
In 1996, Duhu Township and Xunsi Township were merged.

Among the total population, 22 233 people (99.9%) are Han nationality. In 2011, the birth rate was 13 ‰, the death rate was 5.2 ‰, and the natural growth rate was 7.8 ‰. The population density is 152 per square kilometer.

History and culture
Xuting township is named after the people's Government of Xuting village. Xu Ting is the reserved name of the pavilion in the administrative district below county level in Qin Dynasty, and it is still used as the village name.
