Yanggang town
Yanggang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Hulin City, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the west of Hulin City, adjacent to Baodong town in the East, facing Yangmu township of Mishan City across Muling River in the South and West, and Chaoyang township of Baoqing County, Shuangyashan City in the north. The administrative area is 492.22 square kilometers.

History of construction
In 1947, Yanggang district was established, and in November of the same year, Mishan county was assigned to Hulin county.
In June 1949, it was renamed the Sixth District.
In 1956, it was divided into two townships of Yanggang Fuguo.
In 1958, 2 Hejing Township became Yanggang commune.
In 1959, the farm association was merged into the Yanggang branch of 857 farm.
In 1962, Yanggang commune was set up in the branch of changshe.
In March 1984, it was changed to Yanggang township.
In September 1985, it was changed to Yanggang town.
In March 1993, shuihong township was merged into Yanggang town.

History and culture
