Fuqiang Town, subordinate to Baiquan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Baiquan County, bordering Shizhong Township in the East, Ainong Township in the south, Furao Township in Yi'an County in the West and Yongqin Township in the north. In 1916, Fuqiang town was located in yanweiting street; in July 1991, Fuqiang township was transformed into Fuqiang town. History of construction

In 1916, it was the base of Yan Weiting street. In 1938, it was changed to Baofu village. In 1945, Baofu district was changed.

In 1949, it was renamed Fuqiang district.
