Chahayang Township
Chahayang, belonging to Gannan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northeast of Gannan county. It is adjacent to the Nuomin River in the East, across the river from the Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Pingyang town in the south, Chahayang farm in the West and Arong Banner of inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the north. It is 101 kilometers away from the county, with a total administrative area of 198.7 square kilometers.
In the early Qing Dynasty, Chahayang Township belonged to butha general manager of butha Eight Banner; in April 1984, Chahayang commune was changed into Chahayang township. By the end of 2018, registered residence in haha township was 15805. In 2019, Chahayang Township governs six administrative villages, and the people's government is located in zhidongnan street of Chahayang township.
The main food crops in Chahayang township are rice, soybean and corn. The main economic crops are sunflower. History of construction
In the early Qing Dynasty, it belonged to butha general manager of butha eight banners. Guangxu thirty years (1905), belongs to the West butha manager.
In the 19th year of the Republic of China (1930), Longquan town was set up, and the administrative bureau was set up in Buxi. In October 1933, it was assigned to the Fifth District of Gannan county and renamed zhahayang town. In 1938, it was changed to Chahayang village. In 1945, it was assigned to Pingyang district. In 1947, it was renamed the eighth district.
In March 1956, it was divided into Chahayang and Qinghe townships.
In April 1958, Qinghe township was merged into Chahayang township; in September of the same year, Chahayang township was merged into Dongfanghong commune.
In September 1962, Chahayang commune was established.
In April 1984, Chahayang commune was changed into Chahayang township.
