Zhalong town
Zhalong Town, belonging to Tiefeng District of Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Tiefeng district. It is connected with the provincial breeding stock farm in the East, and faces Sanhe township of Lindian County across Wuyuer river. It is connected with Yixin township of duerbert Mongolian Autonomous County in the south, adjacent to angxi District in the west, and at the junction of Jianhua district and Fanrong township of Fuyu County in the north, with a total administrative area of 564.6 square kilometers.
In June 1946, Zhalong town belonged to Longdong County; in 2012, Zhalong township was changed to Zhalong town. By the end of 2018, the population of Zhalong town registered residence was 28917. In 2019, Zhalong town governs 12 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in wantun village.
In 2018, there were 151 industrial enterprises in Zhalong Town, including 11 above scale and 28 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In June 1946, it belonged to Longdong county. In March 1948, it was assigned to Longjiang County.
In July 1951, it belongs to the rural area of Qiqihar city.
In October 1954, it belongs to Yushu Power District.
In May 1956, halawusu township was established.
In December 1958, it was put under the management of biantun.
In 1965, biantun commune was changed.
In 1978, Zhalong commune was established.
In January 1984, Zhalong commune was changed into Zhalong township.
In 2001, biantun township was merged into Zhalong township.
In 2004, Tiefeng town was merged into Zhalong township.
In 2012, Zhalong township was changed to Zhalong town.
