Binxi Town, belonging to Bin County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the west of Bin County. It borders on Binzhou town and Juren town in the East, Hongxing town in Acheng District of Harbin City in the south, Feiketu town in Acheng District of Harbin city across Feiketu River in the west, Manjing town and Juren town in the north.
