Juren Town, belonging to Bin County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the west of Bin County and the upper reaches of Feiketu river. It is adjacent to Binzhou town in the East, Binxi town in the South and West, Niaohe town and Manjing town in the north. In 2018, the area was 129.63 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 22561.
Qing Guangxu seven years (1881), belongs to the Department of Pennsylvania Fucai, materialization 2. In 1915, it belonged to the third district. In the 37th year of the Republic of China (March 1948), Binxi district was merged with Feiketu district. In June 1949, it was renamed the second district.
