Changchunling town
Changchunling Town, belonging to Fuyu City, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the northwest and northeast of Fuyu City, 75 kilometers away from Fuyu city and 60 kilometers away from Songyuan City in the West. It is adjacent to the first Songhuajiang River in the north, across the river from Sanzhao (Zhaoyuan, Zhaodong and Zhaozhou) in Heilongjiang Province, adjacent to Desheng Town in the East, dalinzi town and sanjingzi town in the south, and sanjun Manchu Mongolian Xibo Township in the West Exchange. The total administrative area is 250.8 square kilometers.
At the end of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, Changchunling town built a city wall with four gates; in 2005, Shiqiao township was incorporated into Changchunling town. By the end of 2018, Changchun Ling town had 49963 registered residence population. As of June 2020, Changchunling town has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 31 administrative villages.
In 2011, the GDP of Changchunling town was 800 million yuan, the per capita net income of farmers was 7900 yuan, the disposable income of urban residents was 17000 yuan, and the investment in fixed assets was 200 million yuan.
History of construction
At the end of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, the city walls were built with four gates.
During the period of the Republic of China, the chamber of Commerce was established and the security corps was set up.
In December 1957, Changchunling town was established.
In 1958, the town changed into a commune.
In 1964, the commune was transformed into a town.
In 1983, Changsheng township was incorporated.
In 2005, Shiqiao township was incorporated into the city.

Changchun Lingbei is adjacent to the first Songhua River, with an average water level of 3.5-4 meters and a discharge of 430 cubic meters per second. The highest water level in history is 1270.29 meters and a maximum discharge of 15500 cubic meters per second. It is the boundary river between Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province. Jiajingouzi, a seasonal river, crosses the territory from north to south. It is composed of artificial drainage channels and some natural rivers. Daijiatun village is welcome to join Songhua River in the north.

The main natural disasters in Changchunling town are drought, waterlogging, wind and flood. Due to the flood discharge in the upper reaches of the first Songhua River, more than 4000 hectares of Jiangwan land are often threatened by floods. The most serious one occurred on August 14, 1998. The flood engulfed the whole Jiangwan land, involving 31 villages in the territory, with a direct economic loss of 60 million yuan. The most serious one occurred in the end of June 2011, resulting in the disaster of 6000 hectares of crops and a direct economic loss of 18 million yuan.

Changchunling town is rich in mineral resources and underground oil resources. Jilin Branch of Daqing Oilfield has invested in development and built block oilfield here. Changchunling town used to be a hunting area. Before hunting, Manchu people had to offer sacrifices to gods. Duituling was a god wall on which a pole was erected. Changchunling was a phonetic variation of Manchu spoken language, meaning to sprinkle wine and sacrifice to heaven.

There is Wanshan stone bridge in Changchunling, a provincial cultural relic protection unit. Wanshan stone bridge is located in the east of Shiqiao village, Changchunling town (the bridge originally belonged to Shiqiao Township, which was merged into Changchunling town in 2005). It spans jiajingou and is a three hole arch bridge. The bridge is made of cyan and light yellow granite, with a total length of 40.1 meters, a width of 4.1 meters and a height of 7.7 meters
