Bodu Township
Bodu Township, belonging to Ningjiang district, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the north of Ningjiang district, 10 kilometers away from the seat of Ningjiang district people's government; it borders Dawa town in the East, new urban and rural areas in the south, Pingfeng Township, former golros Mongolian Autonomous County across the second Songhua River in the west, and Zhaoyuan County, Heilongjiang Province across the first Songhua River in the north. The total administrative area is 282.5 square kilometers.
In 1949, it belonged to bodu village; in September 2005, Xinmin Township was merged into bodu township. By the end of 2018, the population of registered residence in Bo Du township was 26339. As of June 2020, bodu rural has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1949, it belonged to bodu village.
In 1958, it belonged to Fuyu commune.
In 1962, bodu commune was established in Fuyu commune.

In September 2005, Xinmin Township was merged into bodu township.
