Xinzhan street, belonging to Dongchang District, Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is located in the east of Dongchang District and on the left bank of Hunjiang River. It is the residence of Dongchang District Government with a total area of 5.1 square kilometers.
In 1877, the place was called "toudaojiang"; in October 1964, Xinzhan street was set up by Jiangdong commune. In 2011, the total population of Xinzhan street was 37041.
