In 1931, Changtong Street belonged to Changchun District, and set up Changtong Lianbao. In 1999, Changtong and Dong'an were merged into Changtong street. History of construction
In 1931, Changtong Lianbao was set up in Changchun District. In 1948, Changtong street was set up. In May 1949, the street government was changed into the people's government; in September of the same year, the street office was changed; in December of the same year, it was abolished.
In 1953, Changtong community was established; in December of the same year, Changtong community was changed into Changtong street community.
In August 1955, Changtong street community was changed into Changtong street.
