Jiumen Manchu Township, belonging to Xingcheng City, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Xingcheng City, adjacent to Huashan street in the East, Hongyazi town and Baita Manchu Township in the southeast, Guojia town in the west, Yaowang Manchu Township in the northwest, and Yangjiao Township in Lianshan District in the North, with an administrative area of 83.4 square kilometers.
In 1948, Xingcheng was liberated and became the first district (in Jiumen); in 1985, it was renamed Jiumen Manchu Township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the old Manchu Township was 10871. As of June 2020, Jiumen Manchu Township has jurisdiction over 8 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Jiumen village.

History of construction
In 1948, Xingcheng was liberated as the first district (in Jiumen).
In the spring of 1950, the people's Government of Jiumen District of Xingcheng County added five villages.
In 1956, Jiumen township was built.
In 1958, Jiumen township was transformed into a commune.
In 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of Jiumen commune was established.
In 1983, Jiumen township was changed.
In 1985, it was renamed Jiumen Manchu Township.

Surrounded by mountains, Wuhushan and Maanshan in the East, damianshan in the west, bangzishan and yanluoya in the South and huameishan in the North form a small basin. The highest point in the territory is located in Huamei mountain, 415 meters above sea level.

The main tributary is jiumendong river.
