Gexin street, subordinate to Xinhua District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Xinhua District. History of construction

Founded in 1948, it is the first district four street government.

In 1951, it became the Fourth Street residents working committee.

In 1956, it was changed into xinkailu Street office.

In 1960, it belonged to Weiming Road branch of Qiaoxi commune.

In 1962, it was set out from Weiming Road branch, belonging to Dongjiao branch.

In 1970, it was set out from Dongjiao branch, jiangexin Street "May 7th" commune, and later changed into Gexin Street commune.

In 1979, it was changed into a new neighborhood office.

In September 1979, it was renamed Gexin street.

In February 2001, it was changed into a new street.
