Mingshui Manchu Township, belonging to Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Suizhong County, adjacent to dawangmiao town and Fanjia Manchu Township in the East and Southeast, yonganbao Township in the south, qiuzigou Township in the west, and heshangfangzi Township in Jianchang County in the north, with an administrative area of 113.19 square meters.
In 1931, Mingshui Manchu Township belonged to Gushanzi village, Suizhong County; in 1984, it was renamed Mingshui Manchu Township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Manchu Township in Ming Shui was 14521. As of June 2020, Mingshui Manchu Township has jurisdiction over 8 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in Mingshui village.

History of construction
In 1931, Mingshui Manchu Township belonged to Gushanzi village, Suizhong County.
In 1946, it was a liberated area, belonging to three districts.
In 1958, it belonged to Fushan commune of qiuzigou.
In 1961, Fushan commune was set up and Mingshui commune was established.
In 1983, the water town was changed to Ming Dynasty.
In 1984, it was renamed Mingshui Manchu Township.

History and culture
In the Qing Dynasty, a wicker side gate was set up, and then a side gate was added, which was called mingshuitang side gate.
