Foyedong Township
Faye Dong Township, a city of Lingyuan, Chaoyang City, Liaoning, is located in the southwest of Lingyuan. The East and gully town are bounded by Wei Feng Ling, and the South and hekan county are connected with the west, and the Yang Ting zi Town is connected. The north is adjacent to the town of sword Dun, with a total area of 109.5 square kilometers, and as of 2018, the registered residence population is 16694.
In 1930, it belonged to the Sixth District. In June 1947, the district and township system was implemented, and foyedong was the Sixth District. In January 1958, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged into foyedong township. On September 13 of the same year, foyedong commune was established. In 1983, foyedong commune was transformed into foyedong township. As of June 2020, foyedong township has jurisdiction over six administrative villages.
