Tile house town, belonging to Chaoyang County, Chaoyang City, Liaoning, is located in the southwest of Chaoyang County. It is adjacent to yingzi Township and heyingyingzi Township, and six families in the south. The west is adjacent to Jianchang County in Huludao, and the north is on the border with Dong Jia shop. The area is 107.77 square kilometers. As of 2018, the registered residence population was 21938.

In 1947, tile house belonged to Rehe Province, Chaoyang County and Liujiazi commune. In 1952, a mutual aid group was established. In 1980, the reform committee was transformed into the management committee. In March 1984, the commune management committee was changed to the Township People's government; in September 1984, the township was changed to the town. As of June 2020, Wafangzi town has one community and eight administrative villages.
