Zhaoquanhe Town, belonging to Dawa District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Dawa District, along the coast of Bohai Sea. In the northwest, Shuangtaizi River winds southward and faces the main drainage channel in the East, with an administrative area of 172 square kilometers.

In 1962, zhaoquanhe reed farm was set up; in 1984, zhaoquanhe township was established; in December 2009, zhaoquanhe township was removed from township to town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Zhao circle town was 9919. As of June 2020, zhaoquanhe town has jurisdiction over five administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at 28 Heji street.
